Counseling (therapy) focuses on mental and emotional health, including concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. It is provided by a licensed mental health professional and may include diagnosis and clinical treatment.

Coaching is future-focused and supports personal growth, goal-setting, and accountability. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy.

If mental health symptoms are impacting your daily life, counseling is the most appropriate level of care. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, I’m happy to help you decide.

No, counseling services are only available for FL residents. 

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which will be discussed during intake.
