Children ages 8+ can benefit from anxiety counseling and therapeutic coaching. Teens often seek support through depression counseling and trauma counseling. Adults, including both individuals and families, may also explore these services. Our approach is inclusive of neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, as well as caregivers, to ensure that everyone receives the help they need.
